All goods are made to order. After the initial Pre-Order period is completed, orders will take 3 weeks to process and to be fulfilled.

In our exploration of making products, the driving intent has been to make objects that do two things — work well to serve their user, and last a long time (or at least offer the user the opportunity to repair them.) As our flagship products are made with elastic cord, if your product’s cord is damaged we can repair/replace your cord at no additional cost to you.
